Error description
ABEND013-20 (MESSAGE IEC141I 013-20) msgiec141i for ICNOUT is received when running a gen that calculates the number of NCP buffers. The OPEN failure is against the data set pointed to by the ICNOUT DD. The example JCL in the NCP,SSP, and EP Generation and Loading Guide (form # SC31-6221-04) has an invalid LRECL value of 80. The LRECL should be 121. Note, the change in the LRECL value requires that BLKSIZE also be changed to an even multiple of LRECL. (Ex. BLKSIZE=605 would equal 5 x LRECL.) The example JCL referenced is in figure 8 on pages 37-42. NOTE: This manual was shipped with SSP Version 4 Release 8, as well as Release 8.1. (SSP V4R8 and V4R8.1)
