  This APAR includes information about the Centralized
  Administration function.
  
  Setting up your first global administrator
  -------------------------------------------
  Following are instructions to set up your first global
  administrator.  This information is spread throughout the
  Installing/Customizing/Managing Manual ( SH21-0744-0 ) and
  needed to be centralized.
  1. In OV/MVS, define one userid, for example ADMIN1, which has
     full administrative authority in each OV/MVS component, PS,
     AS, Calendar, and EAB.  (see chapter and section 10.3)
  
  2. Specify this userid in the OV Host Client/MVS system
     parameter ADMIN_USERID.  (see chapter and section 10.3, and
     4.11.1)
  
  Note: This userid should not be defined to OV Host Client/MVS
        and should not be used to sign on to OV/MVS or OV HC/MVS.
        The userid will be used in the background through the
        centralized administration function of OV HC/MVS.  This
        allows adding administrators by only defining them to
        OV HC/MVS, and stops group administrators from doing full
        administration by invoking the old OV/MVS interface.
  
  3. Set up a global administrator, for example RONALD, on
     OV Host Client/MVS using the following JCL and control
     statements as an example.

  RONALD userid set up in step 3 or by subsequently defined
