• This APAR will address documentation updates to the
  DB2PM Version 3 Report Reference Volumes 1 and 2 SC263339

  Chapter 1 Migrating from DB2PM Version 2.1.1-Changes
  in the JCL Requirements page 1-2: DB2PM V3 no longer
  allows the CORRELDD to be dummied out.  A DB2PM V3
  batch job containing a statement such as:
  //CORRELDD DD DUMMY
  will receive a message:
  DGO90043E FILE CORRELDD WAS NOT OPENED.
            IT HAS INCORRECT RECORD FORMAT
  This statement was allowed in DB2PM 2.1.1 batch jobs
  and also in the DB2PM 3.0 ESP code.  It is not valid
  in DB2PM V3 GA code.  The statement must be removed.

  The following sentence has been added to user-tailored
  reporting, page 18-2, after the second paragraph under the
  heading Adding Blank Lines and Rows: Note that any changes you
  have made since you last pressed Enter are discarded when you
  enter the FILLER command. The spelling of 'monitor' in the title
  of the sample exception profiling report on page 22-5 has been
  corrected.

  Accounting report set, page 33-6, table item 18 (field QWHDRQNM)
  The description now reads "Location name of the requester. If
  the thread is an allied thread (no distributed requests) or the
  thread is an allied-distributed thread (this location is the
  requester), DB2PM sets this field equal to the local location
  (QWHSLOCN). If the thread is a database access thread (this
  location is a server), this field is the name of the location
  that made the request and is not the same as the local location
  name (QWHSLOCN)."

  Accounting report set, page 33-56, table item 63 (field
  QW0148CT) the types of conversation have been changed to
  APPL_DIR (application-directed method of access) and SYST_DIR
  (system-directed method of access). Accounting report set, page
  33-59, table item 4 (field QPACPKID) has been changed to "The
  program name (package ID or DBRM name)" and item 5 (field
  QPACCONT) has been changed to "The package consistency token.
  This field in not applicable for a DBRM."

  Explain report set page 44-1, building a command stream, SQL
  SQLSTMT (EXEC SQL SELECT * FROM SYSIBM.SYSSTMT;) now reads SQL
  SQLSTMT (SELECT * FROM SYSIBM.SYSSTMT;).

  The following note is added to the description of the PAGESET
  column on page 74-17 of the Version 3 Report Reference:
  
  Note: If the value shown in the TYPE column is INDX, this column
        shows the tablespace name, not the index name.
