  Additional information regarding MQM MVS/ESA Sample Programs
  follows:
   1. In the MAIL MANAGER sample (COBOL versions), members
      CSQ4CVD5 and CSQ4TVD5 have an incorrect MQCLOSE call.
      The Options parameter is missing, which results in the
      ReasonCode output parameter (the 5th and last parameter)
      overlaying program storage. This can cause the
      application to abend 0C4 when a duplicate Nickname
      definition is attempted.
      This will be corrected in the next release of MQM MVS/ESA.
  
      The incorrect MQCLOSE is at line 631 in CSQ4CVD5 and
      line 619 in CSQ4TVD5, and currently reads:

                                      W03-HOBJ
                                      COMPCODE
                                      REASON
      This should be changed to:
  
                 CALL 'MQCLOSE' USING HCONN
                                      W03-HOBJ
                                      MQCO-NONE

   2. The BMS screen definition source files for the QUEUE
      ATTRIBUTES sample program (CSQ4ACMS CSQ4CCMS and CSQ4VCMS)
      each contain three continuation lines that begin in column
      17 and are therefore treated as comments.
      This does not however affect the operation of the sample,
      and can therefore be ignored.
      The sample will be amended in the next release of
      MQM MVS/ESA.
