Error description

• Having intermittent data truncation problems when running a CICS
  application talking to a PC. The setup and flow is as follows:

  The SENDs work most of the time.  The length data being passed
  is always the same.  This intermittently results in SNS0846
  followed by a FMH7 with SNS08890100 truncated data returned from
  the receiver.  The problem is caused by a VTAM defect, which is
  identified and fixed by OY51804.  If LMPEO is used for sends,
  VTAM does not process all items in the buffer list, resulting in
  no LIC being sent.  In most failing scenarios, an unsolicited
  IPM (isolated pacing message) is received, causing VTAM to make
  the error.  See OY51804 for more details.
