Error description
The new Problem Diagnosis Data Base (PDDB) is now available thro SERVICE LINK for SoftwareXcel Extended customers. This new data base contains the symptoms and solutions to pervasive usage and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) product related problems. Customer problems coming into the IBM Support Centers in the US and Canada are diagnosed and if the resolution falls into the no defect category, it is saved in this new database to help other customers. Searching PDDB before contacting the IBM Support Centers will save customer time and provide valuable information across a wide spectrum of problems.
