Error description
The OfficeVision/VM product is currently available in 2 releases and 20 languages. The releases are OV/VM Version 1 Release 1 and OV/VM Version 1 Release 2. These variations of the product are identified in the RETAIN system using assigned release numbers of the form RXYY where X is the product release and YY is the language identifier. These release numbers will be used in APARs and PTFs. Corrective service which is delivered for the releases has an identifier based on the component ID. The component ID is 5684-084. The corrective service identifier is 5684084a for Release 1 and 568408aa for Release 2. The "a" and "aa" are language identifiers. The following table shows these different RETAIN and service IDs.
