SHOWS MANY MANY WRITEQ TS TO QUEUE 'CEBRXXXX', WHERE XXXX IS THE
TERMID. THIS IS A LOOP BY COBOL II WRITING A DUMP TO TEMP STOR
CAUSED BY A BAD PTF. THE BAD COBOL APAR IS PL73879. COBOL APAR
PN05935 DESCRIBES THE PROBLEM.
