Error description
USER ACCESSES THE STORAGE DUMP MANAGEMENT DIALOG AND PANEL PRB$IDH1 CONTAINS GARBLED DATA FOR THE TIME FIELD. THE NORMAL DISPLAY SHOULD BE HH:MM:SS BUT IT DISPLAYS AS HHXXXXX WHERE THE XXXXX IS GARBLED DATA. THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY THE USER ALTERING THE ICCF USER PROFILE TO CHANGE THE 'HEX' ATTRIBUTE TO A VALUE OF COLON ":". THIS CAUSED THE COLON TO BE INTERPRETED BY ICCF TO INDICATE HEXADECIMAL FOLLOWS. THE VSE/ESA ADMINISTRATION MANUAL SC336505 CHAP5 PAGE80 STATES THAT THE HEX OPTION SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED.
