Error description
1. USING THE INTERACTIVE INTERFACE MAINTAIN USER PROFILES DIALOG TO ADD OR ALTER A USER CAN CAUSE MSGK228D INVALID STATEMENT TO OCCUR WHEN THE ICCFUSER PROCEDURE IS EXECUTED TO UPDATE THE ICCF DTSFILE. THE ERROR OCCURS BECAUSE THE ICCFUSER MEMBER CONTAINS SEQUENCE NUMBERS IN COLUMNS 73-80. THE ICCF INSTALLATION AND OPERATIONS MANUAL SC33620302 CHAP4 PAGE219 UNDER COMMAND ENTRY IT STATES THAT SEQUENCE NUMBERS SHOULD NOT BE USED IN COLS. 73-80. 2. MSGK208I OPERAND IS MISSING OR INVALID IS ISSUED ON ICCF DTSUTIL COMMANDS SUCH AS DSERV AND PUNCH IF THERE IS A SEQUENCE NUMBER IN COL 73-80. NOTE: If the above error does happen the message, with noid, USER NOT CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED TO ICCF SUBSYSTEM , will occur if the user that was changed logs on to IUI and then tries to use any dialog that needs ICCF. Please note that this same error message can be issued even though the user did not have the error above. This is because the IUI sends a /LOGON followed by the user's password to ICCF. The message is issued because the password in the IUI control file, IESCNTL, does not match the password in the ICCF file, DTSFILE, for the same user id. (Another reason why this message might be issued is if a backup of the DTSFILE was restored and it did not match the IUI control file as far as user ids and passwords.)
