PHYSICAL ID OF THE TRENDS REPORT (PART 2) AS FOLLOWS:
'DEVICE XX-CC-DD'  WHERE CC IS THE CONTROLLER AND DD IS
THE DEVICE ADDRESS (TAKEN FROM THE SENSE BYTES).  PRIOR
TO FEATURE 2 (V3R3F0, EER3300)  THIS WAS PRINTED AS:
'DEVICE SS-CC-DD'  WHERE SS IS THE STORAGE DIRECTOR.
PER THE DASD DESIGN CONTROL DOCUMENT, THE 'XX' MEANS
PRINT XX SINCE THE RECORDS ARE ACCUMULATED FOR ALL STORAGE
DIRECTOR ID'S.  (SEE THE EXAMPLE BELOW).
