APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • There is a problem with the Authentication Host Field in the
UserAccounts Section of B2B Sterling Integrator.

You cannot edit the Authentication
Host field of an External user when there is more than one
Authertication Host available. Selecting a different
Authentaication Host other than the one the External User was
created with results in an Administrative error and the user
becomes locked.

Local fix

  • Circumvention:
1. Before selecting Authentication Host, select
Local as Authentication Type.
2. Select External as Authentication Type.
3. Select Authentication Host.
