Error description
Personal Communications 601 Windows7 Microsoft-Excel 2010 1 : Create Data Transfer TTO file. PC file name parameter specifies network drive. PC file type : BIFF8 2 : Run Data transfer 3 : It connects network drive and Open Excel file. 4 : Close Excel file (Any change or updates are not run.) 5 : Push F5 key (Refresh) 6 : Time stamp of Excel file changes. I was able to recreate this issue in the IBM Environment. Windows Vista / Pcom608 / MS-Excel2007. This issue doesn't occur when saving EXCEL file on local disk. moreover, When a direct Excel file is created to a network drive, this issue does not occur.

After a thorough code review, it was determined that this is a limitation with the current implementation of the Data Transfer utility. A change to the current implementation will be considered in a future release of Personal Communications.
