Error description

• An attempt to recover an XA transaction in WebSphere MQ fails
  with 2035 (MQRC_NOT_AUTHORIZED)

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  This problem occurred because of an additional authority check
  introduced in MQ 7.1 for enquiring transactions.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere MQ code has been modified to correct the authority
  failure.
