Error description

  • Using a B2B inbound gateway, with a FTP front side handler and
    MQ File Transfer Edition (MQFTE) as the backend, when doing a
    manual resend, the B2B viewer shows "Success" and the MQ queue
    length is increased by one, but the resent message is not found
    in the queue.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Affected are customers who include the parameter
    "Transactional=True/False" in the MQURL as their backend and
    need to do a resend using the B2B viewer. After resending the
    transaction, there is a zero byte message in the MQ server's
    message queue but the number count of the queue manager is
    correct.
