Error description

• DSMC SHOW VM ALL with no redirection displays all information on
  screen, but when the output is redirected to a file, the output
  is truncated.

Problem summary

  The problem is due to mixing wide-chars and non-wide-chars in
  the output to file caused by VMware's  VDDK library. C++
  classifies this as a "undefined behaviour".
  

Problem conclusion

• Adding an fflush will flush the print buffer and fix this issue
