Error description

• After upgrading to V5.2.4.1 we find there is
  no OFTPResponse structure generated in Process Data on a failed
  OFTP send outbound session, but OFTPResponse info is generated
  on successfully sends.
  If an OFTP send BP is written to evaluate the OFTPResponse info
  on the session to see if an error code was posted, or to make a
  determination if a retry process should occur, this logic will
  not function.
