Error description

• If tape/library devices have been deleted from the operating
  system, then delete path will fail
  with an ANR1727E error.
  
  Here is such an error from deleting a drive path when the device
  no longer exists.

  libr=LIBRARY_NAME
  
  ANR1727E A path from SERVER_NAME to LIBRARY_NAME  DRIVE_NAME
  does not exist.
