APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Tivoli Storage Manager Backup/Archive client for Windows may
  crash when restoring objects with associated reparse point
  information.
  This may happen on a computer where HSM (or HSM like) software
  is installed or was installed in the past. No error returned
  in dsmerror.log.
  The crash occurs when calling NTReparseOpen function.
  
  This problem was initially fixed by APAR IC73552
  (http://ibm.co/1iciQ2w),
  but reintroduced at 6.4.
