APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The 6.4.1.2 interim fix was available early and briefly on
  the FTP server before any download page or APAR list was
  published for that level.
  Issuing a 'dsmc vm backup <vm>' followed by 'dsmc vm q <vm>'
  can cause a crash in that client level, discovered in late tests
  The Win x32, Win x64, and Linux x86 packages were removed from
  the FTP server, and will be replaced by 6.4.1.3 packages
  that prevent the crash.
