APAR status

Error description

• Application clients such as Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) for
  Enterprise Resource Planning, Data Protection for SAP may
  request from the TSM client API to use certain configuration
  stanzas identified by the keyword 'SERVERNAME' within the
  client system options file ($DSMI_DIR/dsm.sys).
  
  When PASSWORDACCESS GENERATE is used, the client API always
  uses the PASSWORDDIR option located in the first SERVERNAME
  stanza. This can cause the wrong passsword file to be used if
  the application specifies a different SERVERNAME stanza that has
  a different PASSWORDDIR setting. The result is an authentication
  failure with the TSM server:

  'PASSWORDACCESS prompt' below.
  Note: Stanzas which do not contain any 'PASSWORDACCESS'
        statement are set per default to 'PASSWORDACCESS prompt'.
