Error description
When a flow has more than one mediation flow component and the stylesheets are precompiled then the compiled objects are stored in a cache. This cache was only accessible by one of the MFCs meaning the other MFC had to compile the stylesheets again, causing an unexpected delay in processing the first message.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users of WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus and Business Process Manager v7 and v8 who use precompilation when deploying apps. **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: While stylesheets were being precompiled before, if an MFC compiled a stylesheet it would not be available for other MFCs so these would need to compile the stylesheet again.
Problem conclusion
The code was changed to allow all the MFCs to access the cache of compiled stylesheets. This code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix packs: 7.5.1 Fix Pack 2 (v7.5.1.2) 8.0.1 Fix Pack 3 (v8.0.1.3)
