Error description

• Error Description:
  If the Setup Wizard is used to modify an option in an options
  file that already has the SKIPNTSECURITYCRC option set to YES,
  the option will incorrectly be set to no when the options file
  is saved.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected: 6.2, 6.3, 6.4
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics (If Applicable)
  1. Start TSM client GUI.
  2. Select Utilities/Setup Wizard from the menu
  3. Select 'install a new or additional scheduler'
  4. When prompted for the option file, select the options file
     with the 'skipntsecuritycrc yes' option.
  5. Complete the wizard.
  6. Once the new tsm client scheduler service is created, examine
     the dsm.opt file.
  7. The 'skipntsecuritycrc yes' option is changed to
     'skipntsecuritycrc no'
  
  Initial Impact:

Local fix

• After running the Wizard:
  1. Open the affected options file with a text editor.
  2. Cange the value back.
  3. Save the file.
  4. Exit the editor.
  5. Stop and restart any services that use the affected file.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed not to do any manipulations
  in case of Setup Wizards and
  SKIPNTSECURITYCRC/SKIPNTPERMISSIONS
  pair of options.
