Error description

• If the  Tivoli Storage Manager 6.3.x or 6.4.x client is
  installed , the command "lppchk -m3 -l"
   reports a broken link :
   lppchk -m3 -l
  lppchk: 0504-222  Existing symbolic link at /usr/lib/libxdsm.a
   is not a link to /usr/ccs/lib/libxdsm.a.
  
  The "libxdsm.a" library,  which is  part of the AIX fileset
  "bos.rte.filesystem",  is needed by the backup archive or hsm
  client.
  
  The library was included in the 6.3 and 6.4  client packages to
  avoid making the bos.rte.filesystem a pre-requisite to
  installing the client, especially at a time when it was not
  common for the fileset to already exist on the system. However
  if the bos.rte.filesystem fileset is already installed at the
  time the backup-archive client is installed, then the lppchk
  command will display the problem message.
  
  This issue causes no operational problems other than the lppchk
  message.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:  Version 6.3 and 6.4
  running on AIX systems that have the fileset bos.rte.filesystem
  installed.
