Closed as program error.
Error description
If the screen history is enabled and the user selects a panel to display, the logon panel is displayed instead of the panel chosen. This happens when the sessions have SSL enabled. Non- SSL sessions display the correct panels when selected from the screen history. This appears to be the same as APAR IC81141 which was in HOD 11.0.6.1 fix pack.

Problem conclusion
The code was modified to avoided the delay while displaying the Screen History. Fix scheduled for HOD 11.0.9.0 Refresh Pack.
