Error description

• FanIn mediation primitives cause a MediationRuntimeException to
  be thrown when primitive ENTRY events are enabled. The exception
  seen is as follows:

  called:

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users of IBM WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, WebSphere Process
  Server and Business Process Manager who enable monitoring in a
  mediation which includes a FanIn primitive.
  
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When primitive ENTRY event monitoring was enabled in a flow
  containing a FanIn primitive, a MediationRuntimeException
  would be thrown as follows:
  
  CWSXM1025E: An unexpected exception occurred when the flow was
  called:
  null
  
  This was due to the way in which FanIn primitives were
  distinguished from other mediation primitives. The code
  dealing with primitive ENTRY events was altered to correct the
  issue.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was altered to take account of the way FanIn primitives
  are treated. They will now emit ENTRY events successfully.
  
  This code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix
  packs:
  
  7.5.1 Fix Pack 2 (v7.5.1.2)
  8.0.1 Fix Pack 2 (v8.0.1.2)
  8.5.0 Fix Pack 1 (v8.5.0.1)
