Error description

• There is a rare timing condition in which backup stgpool can
  create a duplicate copy of a file in the copy storage pool. This
  timing window exists when a data movement operation, such as
  reclamation or move data, occurs in the copy storage pool at the
  same time a "Backup Stgpool" process is copying files to the
  copy storage pool.
  
  The symptom of this problem is the copy storage pool might
  over-report the number of files stored to the copy stgpool.
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  A comparison between the copy stgpool and the primary stgpool
  from which the copy stgpool is receiving the copies can be done
  with Query Occupancy or with the following select:
  
  Issue from DB2:  db2 "select stgpool_name, sum(num_files) as
  "Number of files" from occupancy group by stgpool_name"
