Error description
In store://app-mgmt-protocol-v2.wsdl and store://app-mgmt-protocol-v3.wsdl, the fault definitions for Reinitialize, Quiesce and Unquiesce are incorrect. The name attributes of the respective fault elements are the same as the operation names and they do not conform to the "<operation>Fault" syntax. However, the operation definitions that use these faults refer to them by the expected names, ReinitializeFault, QuiesceFault, UnquiesceFault.
