Error description
1. The customer has the issue on Policy configuration when he edits or changes the status to Disable. 2. When "Policy Name" is input using Japanese characters, it is impossible to edit this policy and to change the status to Disable. 3. When we input an English name for Policy configuration, this issue does not occur. It appears that Sterling B2B Integrator cannot convert Unicode to Japanese characters.
