APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The shared context is not correctly set within subflows.
This causes aggregation blocks (FanOut/FanIn primitives) which
are dependent on use of the shared context to behave
unexpectedly when used as part of a subflow.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Use of the shared context is not properly checked in subflows.
This causes aggregation blocks using paired FanOut and FanIn
primitives to behave unexpectedly. This has the appearance of
resetting the shared context between iterations of the FanOut.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was modified such that the shared context is properly
found when used in a subflow

The code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix
    packs:

    7.5.1 Fix Pack 2 (v7.5.1.2)
    8.0.1 Fix Pack 2 (v8.0.1.2)
