IC89869: IF AN AS2 MESSAGE HAS DOUBLE QUOTES SURROUNDING THE RETURN URL IT CASUES AN OUT OF MEMORY ERROR.

Error description

• If an AS2 message has double quotes surrounding the return URL
  it causes an Out of Memory error in Sterling B2B Integrator. The
  double quotes causes the MIME parsing code to use
  an incorrect code path, where it parses a URL as an
  e-mail mailto field. Since a URL is not a mail address, the
  parsing code gets caught in a loop looking for groups, which
  results in a list of group objects filling up until there is an
  out of memory error.
