RTC: #360933

GDW_Send mixing up the document status causing issues with
GDW_Document_RPT and dashboard values for overdue vs waiting vs
complete.

Local fix

  • Open the Outdrawer for each document, each partner and then run
the report BEFORE a GDW_SEND occurs.

Problem summary

  • GDW_Send_Receive is changing the status of all overdue docs from
"OverDue" to "Waiting".

Problem conclusion

  • Code that was updating status to "Waiting" for docs that did not
have "FAReceived" status didn't account
for other doc statuses like "OverDue", "FAwErrors", "FAPArtial"
and "FAReject".  Fixed.
