  When creating a New Codelist  within the Administration Menu >
  Trading Partner > Codelist and selecting Sende/Receiver ID(s),
  the codelist is created but the selected Sender/Receiver ID(s)
  are shown as deleted.
  The database query "select * from CODE_LIST_XREF where
  LIST_NAME=????" shows the codelist with ID's intact but on
  export/import of this codelist the ID's are not available.

Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  Using the entity name "ORGANIZATION_NAME" to search in the table
  YFS_ORGANIZATION as OBJECT_ID value is what's causing this
  problem. Obviously ORGANIZATION_NAME and OBJECT_ID are two
  different things. The problem is that the fix for QC#190469
  addresses the problem when we pass the correct OBJECT_ID, but it
  produces a bug since the entity id was also saved as the
  ORGANIZATION_NAME. The fix should have addressed both scenarios.
