Error description

• Button 'Clear History' do not clear the History
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  - Open the browser in Lotus Notes using 'Open -> Web Browser'
  - Opened some web pages.
  - Then clear the list of opened web pages using 'File ->
  Preferences -> Web
  Browser -> Button 'Clear History''
  
  - Open again the browser in Lotus Notes using 'Open -> Web
  Browser'
  - The list of opened pages would be not cleared
  
  Reproduced in Lotus Notes 8.5.2, 8.5.3 and 8.5.4 CD3.
  

Local fix

• Delete file
  'C:\Programme\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\BrowserHistory\hist
  ory.xml'.

• Closing low priority Expeditor SPRs that have not had a report
   in years. Reviewed 18 of these and determined they are either
   indirectly fixed or minor issue. If customers encounter in
   9.0.1 or above, they may be re-raised for triage.
