Error description

• Firmware 4.0.1.x
  
  When trying to configure the WebService Proxy with more then two
  XPath expression, they found out that after saving the first 2
  expressions and adding a third object an backslash too much will
  be added to the total expression.
  
  
  Steps to recreate:
  
  When trying to configure a WebService Proxy with a Verify Action
  in one of the rules of the policy and try to add more than two
  XPath expressions a backslash '\' being added to the total
  expression making the expression invalid.
  A sample expression may look like this:
  /*[XPATH]\\+/*[XPATH]+/*[XPATH]
  Adding a third expression would lead to such an expression:
  /*[XPATH]\\+/*[XPATH]+/*[XPATH]
  
  With only two XPATCH expression the request will be processed
  without any error. Adding further expressions will result in the
  requests being rejected.
  

Local fix

• The current workaround is to manually recreate the xpath
  statement from scratch and insert this in one step.
  

Problem summary

• DataPower customers using the Web GUI multi step editor will
  not be able to add extra XPath statement expressions correctly
  to the verify processing step "XPath Expressions Which Must be
  Signed" parameter
