Error description

  • Error Description:
Customer has three or more remote trading partners accessing the
same linked mailbox with different IDs set up for each
trading partner. The trading partners use FTP scripts to
download the files from the linked mailbox. The file sizes are
small, but the trading partners can download many files at one
time and intermittently the download fails. No errors are posted
in the mailbox.log file.
