Error description

• The nextInputField function is expecting 4 parameters to be
  passed to it but only 3 are passed.

  *                      enabled in HATS, and the application    *

  *                      situations when a page is submitted.    *

  In lxgwfunctions.js, the nextInputField function was being
  called from caretTracking; however, it was not passing the
  correct number of parameters to the function.  In some
  situations, when the page was submitted, a JavaScript error
  could occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• The nextInputField calls we cleaned up to pass the correct
  parameters to prevent the error.
