  • Error Description
SOA Outbound Message Processing Service fails with documents
over a certain size.

In my testing I have determined the size is somewhere around
100K.
This only happens when using database storage.  When using file
system storage, we don't see the same error.
In testing I got this in the system log:

This looks like an attempt to stream a document which fails
and then kicks off the later error because there is a missing
document.
