Error description

• The IBM WebSphere MQ File Transfer Edition Database Logger logs
  a failure message to its reject queue after a monitor was
  deleted. The failure message takes the form of:
  
    <WMQFTE_ReasonForRejection dt="string">
      BFGDB0003E: A problem occurred with the database. The
  database driver
      reported the following details: SQL State [23502], Error
  Code [-407],
      Message [DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-407, SQLSTATE=23502,
  SQLERRMC=TBSPACEID=2,
      TABLEID=49, COLNO=0, DRIVER=3.62.56]
    </WMQFTE_ReasonForRejection>
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• After a monitor was deleted, the database logger may queue an
  audit message to the reject queue if it encounters an audit
  message for a directory monitor which has been deleted.
  
  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users of the database logger
  
  PLATFORMS AFFECTED:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been altered to ensure that the database logger can
  correctly process audit messages relating to directory monitors
  which have already been deleted.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.4.1.
