APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• File to message transfers using WebSphere MQ File Transfer
  Edition version 7.0.4 uses <CRLF>, instead of <LF> in the
  destination message's RFH2 header.   This only happens when the
  transfer mode is TEXT.  The "-dle destination_line_ending" flag
  is available and works for file to file transfers, but not so
  with file to message transfers.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The EOL (End Of Line) parameter (-dle) could not be set when
  creating a transfer using file to message. The transfer
  request was accepted but Explorer showed the following exception
  for the transfer:
      cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'EOL' is not allowed to
  appear in element 'queue'.
  
  By not being able to set the EOL for file-to-message transfer
  then the resulting message would always have LF EOL set.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been altered to add the EOL parameter to the schmea
  controlling the file-to-message transfer request.
