Error description

• The Linux passthru driver is not able to open
  a device with a minor number higher than 256. This will present
  as a
  mount failure.
  
  The passthru driver trace will show:
  10:05:59.614 [22][lpdd_open.c][149][lpdd_open]: lpdd_open: minor
  number exceeds the limit, minor = 692
  Server or Storage agent lpdd trace will show:
  xxx[yyy][pspvr.c][3039][PvrPsOpenDevice]pdd_open with handle 4

Local fix

• Put tape FC cables to the low address of the adapter so all of
  tape devices will get smaller minor number and put the disk FC
  cables to
  the higher addresses.
  Or, change the zoning to limit the number of devices on the san.
