IC76882: CREATE_CLONE FAILS WHEN ORACLE DB_NAME CONTAINS LOWER CASE CHARS

Error description

• FlashCopy Manager is not consistent with itself regarding case
  sensitivity of the Oracle DB_NAME parameter string.
  
  The setup.sh script is case insensitive:
  Regardless of the casing of the user inputs, all DEVICE_CLASS
  names contained in the FlashCopy Manager profile are created in
  upper case characters by the script,
  e.g. "DEVICE_CLASS CLONE_ABCD"
  
  By contrast, the "create_clone" command is case sensitive:
  './tsm4acs" "-f" "create_clone" "-C" "abcd" "-u" "oracle'
  fails with
  
  FMM1049E No DEVICE_CLASS found that can be used for the current
           FlashCopy Cloning operation with the clone database
           name specified with the command line option
           -C <Clone DBname>.
  
  This is because the create_clone command above fails to
  recognize "DEVICE_CLASS CLONE_ABCD" as a match for the "-C abcd"
  parameter.

Local fix

• Ensure there is no existing instance directory ABCD on the
  target machine. Then run "create_clone" with the "-C" parameter
  in upper case: "-C ABCD".
  The resulting Oracle clone DB_NAME will be in upper case.
  
  Note
  ----
  The current FlashCopy Manager code does not allow the case
  sensitive transfer of an original Oracle DB_NAME from the
  source system to the clone, if this DB_NAME contains lower
  case characters.
  
  According to the Oracle documentation, Oracle itself is not case
  sensitive, regarding the DB_NAME Parameter string:
