Error description

• If single-byte Yen sign is inputted on HATS with HCP1399
  codepage, ebcdic x'E0'is sent to host.

  If single-byte Yen sign is entered on HATS with HCP1399, it
  send to host as EBCDIC 0xE0. But if yen-sign is entered on
  HATS with HCP939, it send to host as EBCDIC 0xB2.
  

Problem conclusion

• Yen sign(\u005C) will be converted to EBCDIC 0xB2 only with
  host code page 930/930e/939, and now same conversion rule was
  applied to host code page 1390/1399 to keep the consistency.
