  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When using the Tibco RV Node in a multi-threaded environment
  the following exceptions may be observed:

  On version 7 environments instructions for enabling node trace
  do not work correctly hindering problem determination.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere Message Broker Extender for Tibco RV has been
  updated to fix a thread safety issue which causes the BIP3484E
  and BIP4395E exceptions to be erroneously thrown when using the
  nodes in a multi-threaded environment. The node has been
  updated so that trace can be enabled by following the
  documented instructions.
