Error description

• When using the WebSphere MQ v7 resource adapter, putting and
  getting messages on a queue manager running with codepage 930
  may cause the follow exception to occur:

  com.ibm.msg.client.jms.DetailedJMSException: JMSCMQ1006: The
  value for 'JMS_IBM_Character_Set':'x-IBM930'  is not valid. The
  value 'x-IBM930'  for property 'JMS_IBM_Character_Set' is not
  correct. Check the linked WebSphere MQ
  exception-reason-and-completion code.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  This issue affects users of the V7 WebSphere MQ classes for JMS
  or classes for Java, when processing messages which are defined
  to be in the character set 'x-IBM930'.
  
  Platforms affected:
  All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows) +Java

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Particular environments may declare that the character set of a
  message as 'x-IBM930'.  The WebSphere MQ classes for Java/JMS
  did not recognize this value as the CCSID 5026, which resulted
  in an exception being thrown when the message was encountered.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code fix associated with this APAR ensures that the
  'x-IBM930' character set is treated as the equivalent to
  IBM930, and maps to CCSID 5026, which permits the WebSphere MQ
  classes for Java/JMS to correctly identify the character set of
  the message.
