IC71721: SELECT FROM NODES CAN ERROR WITH SQL0433N VALUE IS TOO LONG. SQLSTATE=22001

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A select issued against nodes table can error, if
  collocgroup_name is compared,
  and a collocation group has many members, such that the value is
  too long for the size of the column which is 512 characters.
  Also affected are proxy target and proxy agent, which also have
  column size of 512.
  
  Such an example is when a collocation group name is ABC1 and it
  has many members such that if they
  are listed they are longer than 512 characters total;
