Error description

• HATS failed to recongnize leading token in a Selection List
  when there are more then one of the same token in the list.
  When there is two of the same "Leading token" in 1 line, only
  one of the Leading Tokens is recognized
  
  Example:

  (02) ccccc   (02) ddddd
