  Terminal font in Japanese Windows XP Embedded has a default
  character-set of 'OEM'. In other Japanese Windows systems the
  default character-set for Terminal font is 'Japanese', so PCOMM
  excludes this font from the list.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSWDLG.DLL has been changed to set Terminal font character-set
  to Japanese when a Windows XP Embedded operating system is
  detected.
