IC69041: WEB GUI CRASHES WITH A CORE CAUSED BY A MEMCPY ERROR IN DOMOPEN WHEN RESTORING A DOMINO DATABASE

Error description

• When doing a TDP for Domino restore with the web GUI the GUI may
  crash at start up if there is an error accessing a config file
  such as the domdsm.cfg or the dsm.opt file.
  

Local fix

• correct the permission issues with the files or use the local
  GUI or CLI to complete the restore.
