Error description

• Environment: HATS 7.5.0EJB project
  After license-enabling the runtime for a HATS EJB project, the
  number of concurrent connections is limited to 2 even though
  the customer has purchased and tried to enable more licenses.
  

Local fix

• copy the licenseHardLimit value from the Web project's
  runtime.properties file into the EJB project's
  runtime.properties file.

Problem conclusion

• Code was changed in the Toolkit to look for HATS Web/Portal/RCP
  
  and HATS EJB projects when performing license enablement.
